• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a listing
• Use automated tools to submit listings or place excessive load on our infrastructure

2. Directory Listings

Listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any listed provider. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion, including listings for providers that are fraudulent, defunct, or harmful.

3. Paid Listings

By submitting a paid listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have authority to submit on behalf of the company. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except where required by applicable law. We may remove a listing without refund if it violates these Terms or if the provider engages in fraudulent activity.

Featured listings are clearly labelled. PayAPeer does not accept payment in exchange for biased ranking of non-featured listings.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of directory content. However, the payments industry changes rapidly. We do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or current. Always verify details directly with the provider before making any business or financial decision.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including text, design, and code — is the property of PayAPeer or its licensors. Provider logos and brand names displayed in the directory remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission.

Links to external payment provider websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing external sites is at your own risk.
