1. Use of the Site

The Site provides a directory of payment providers for informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Scrape or systematically extract data without prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a listing
  • Use automated tools to submit listings or place excessive load on our infrastructure

2. Directory Listings

Listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any listed provider. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion.

3. Listings and Featured Subscriptions

Standard listings are free of charge. By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information is accurate and that you have authority to submit on behalf of the company.

Providers may subscribe to a Featured Listing at $99/month via Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your billing portal, effective at end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Featured listings are clearly labelled. PayAPeer does not accept payment in exchange for biased ranking.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, the payments industry changes rapidly. Always verify details directly with the provider before making any business or financial decision.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content is the property of PayAPeer or its licensors. Provider logos and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission.

6. External Links

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayAPeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayAPeer from any claims arising from your use of the Site, your listing submission, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
